Fitness is my passion and I love what I do. I take great pride in educating our clients to live a healthy lifestyle. We all have goals that we want to reach. It’s my goal to help our clients to overcome any challenge that they may be facing. Before I became a personal trainer, I had my own challenges to overcome. I was obese; at my peak I weighed 240 pounds and I’m not a tall guy. I personally know the struggles. I’ve tried almost every diet pill, quick fix, going from gym to gym and wasn’t getting any results. I wanted to quit because I felt like no matter what I did, nothing would work. It wasn’t until I told myself I’m going to change. I believed in myself and was going to do whatever it would take to reach the goals that I set for myself. I realized that just going to the gym on and off would never work. I need to live a well balanced life style, so I started going to gym on a regular basis and changing what I ate and when I ate it. I stuck with it and never looked back. After sticking with a healthy lifestyle routine, I was able to drop 90 pounds. If I can do it, so can you. “Fitness is a lifestyle not a quick fix.” It takes hard work and dedication and I am here to help anyone who wants it.
