A bit about the Body Evolution way…
Our philosophy hinges on the idea of improving lives by improving lifestyles. Our team will guide and coach you through all aspects of health and fitness, from exercise to nutrition, and our personalized workouts and group classes will help you maximize weight loss, reduce body fat and build lean muscle. We specialize in providing one hour group-oriented personal training classes. Our high energy classes involve high intensity cardio mixed in with weight training.
Our Team
I learned that the only way I will ever achieve my goals, is to do it the correct way. After only a couple weeks of changing my diet to eating healthy clean foods and working out on a consistent basis, I started seeing changes in my body that I had never seen before. My own personal experience makes me extremely passionate about what I do and has inspired me to help anyone that is looking to change their lives.

Like many others, my passion for fitness began at a young age. Playing sports both recreational and in a competitive nature really helped structure my upbringings about fitness. But what really drove me to make fitness my passion and a top priority was the fact that I was overweight as a child. Depression, low self-esteem, and lack of confidence are but some of the few side effects of being overweight at any age.
