I've been training with Fawad for more than fourteen years now and I never worked out before

BE has and will always be my home away from home! Fawad hands down has played an important role and part of my growth and success in losing and maintaining my wt loss journey! He has been training me for over 12 yrs now ...and continues to push me towards new goals all the while making sure I'm form is on point and preventing any injuries. I actually travel over an hour to attend his classes...so worth the drive

Fawad is a great trainer and motivator. His workouts are kickass. Highly recommended if you want to get your ass moving and need some serious commitment. Just drive to body evolution and do as fawad says.

Been coming here for almost a total of 3 weeks and I have loved every class. All the trainers are fantastic. They teach you what you are supposed to do, they are fun and enthusiastic. I really feel the workout and definitely have felt sore after. I never leave this place without breaking a big sweat so I am happy! Catch you in class! O they also offer things like measurements, food plans and more; so if you are really trying to cut down they can help even more!
