What to Expect in Class
Every day is different and at Body Evolution we believe each class should follow the same guidelines. We want your body to experience something new each workout. Below are the types of classes we focus on throughout the week. Although the headlines for the classes do not change weekly, we can guarantee you this is not the case for the workouts in each class.
We have designed our program around a hypertrophy/strength training split, with muscle groups broken into a 3 day split:

Back & Biceps
Chest & Triceps
All of our workouts incorporate high intensity cardio and core training with a specific focus each day. We rotate our workouts and muscle groups weekly to ensure we are continually switching it up and offering a complete, well-rounded workout experience. With all of our workouts we keep our concept in focus and gear everything towards reducing body fat, losing weight, growing lean muscle, building muscle endurance and improving your overall health.
